1. How do I book a service with you?
Simply add the service(s) you’re interested in to your cart and complete checkout. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and a project form to help me get to know your goals better.
2. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! For services over $300, I offer split payments or installment plans. Just mention it in your project form or contact me before booking.
3. How long does a project usually take?
Brand Identity takes about 2-3 weeks
Websites take 3–4 weeks depending on scope
Legal Launch services are typically completed within 1-2 Weeks
4. Can I mix and match services or add extras later?
Absolutely! You can start with a base package and add extras before or during the project. You’ll also find bundled add-ons and upgrades available in the shop.
5. What platforms do you build websites on?
I work with Squarespace, Wix, and Pixieset — and I’ll help you pick the best one based on your business type and needs.
6. Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?
Yes! As long as you can receive emails and access shared files, we can work together. All forms and services are digital and remote-friendly.
7. I’m not tech-savvy — will I be able to update my site later?
Definitely! All website packages include a custom training video if you need one, so you’ll feel confident editing your site after launch.
8. What’s your refund policy?
Due to the digital and customized nature of my services, all sales are final. However, I’m committed to making sure you’re happy and aligned with your brand every step of the way.
